Plans for making a movie adaptation

I know I always say things and never really do them but this time it's different. My friend Lawrence in US have been making an original movie with his friends and that gave me an idea as well.

I felt that since I had no manpower and have the desire to film a movie, why not try 1 that does not involve a big cast and a low budget. The movie adaptation that I have chosen to film would the critically acclaimed anime, "5 Centimeters Apart". I just need to save a little bit more money and I can buy a Digital Video Camera to film it. It will be a Malaysian adaptation and I hope I will be able to make it as interesting as possible, wish me luck!!!!

Not a comeback, just feeling bloggy, hahaz.

Life has been good to me these days, maybe because I've read a lot of self help books lately, but I do agree with most of what they say. Life is always hard I guess, but it is always our choice whether or not we want to be happy. It is very true that we choose the emotional state we're in. You might say, it is easier said than done, but how hard is it? Just to change your line of thought?

Sure, sometimes life's bumps are so hard that it makes you feel as though you cannot get up, but in the end, you still have to right? Life is too short for us to stay lying down and do anything about it, life is too colorful and interesting for us to only sit there and pity ourselves, we should embrace it, and live it.

I would love to give you examples of how life has been good to me, but I've got an assignment to finish 1st, so I have to get to that before my lecturer decides to get a hammer and hammer my head, will explain more on my happy life as soon as possible.

And to end on a good note, we choose our happiness everybody!!! So choose well!!!!! Adios!!!

Wow, irritating.....

My auntie is the symbol of irritating and I'm writing this with her just in the room beside. Seriously, she has not that much of a common sense and bad timing. I'm just so tired after going out the whole day.

Irritation scenario for today was that she is watching TV in my room at 12.40am when I want to go and sleep and don't even bother to get out of my room yet. Then nvm, so I just kept quiet and play on my computer. She is watching the show suddenly ask me, "Hey, you dont want watch meh? I thought you like to sing 1?" then I mah say,"Don't want lar, not all of them can sing well, I don't want to give judgment." She then replied in a fucking sarcastic tone,"I feel they sing so well, hmph."

She said that, but spent the whole time complaining how bad the singers are, walau, seriously, she is so, dono how to say. After that, she said,"Next time i put your name inside, for you to go cho siao nia(meaning, since you will confirm be kicked out 1). Hey, I know I don't have the best voice around, no need to put in so hard like that damn it. Damn she is really irritating!!!!

1st time i support a group that has Uber lot of Antifans

Lately, I've been listening a lot to a Korean girl group named Girl's Generation, So Nyuh Shi Dae in Korean. I love their songs because of their upbeat melody and cheery squeaky clean image. I have to admit that their singing may not be the best or even sometimes average, but what the heck, I am entertained by their performances. Ya, I know I know, lots of you would think that they did lots of plastic surgery just to get to the stage and be so beautiful and you're probably right you know, most singers and groups do that now.

1 day while scrolling through Youtube, I found an anti-fan video and decided just to google how many Anti-fan results will I find there and my god, to my shock, there 83,400 results there, and there is so much hate and effort put into those websites that my god, it really makes you wonder whether these people really believe they are fighting for the greater good or are they just really insane. I mean, you can really see the hate that they include in their messages and comments and they can literally pick out every mistake that SNSD makes during their performances and completely blame SNSD that it was because of them that they left the world of K-pop forever.

Viewing these sites, I literally feel that humans really have a big weakness where they only see the bad things and never the good things. Sheesh, I was quite upset a few days ago, when I saw the sites, degrading SNSD like that. Now, I just feel, I don't know, can't say that I'm sorry for them or whatever. It just feels like a waste of energy you know, to even make yourself so worked up about something that you dislike and to point out every stupid detail that does not mean a thing to the world. No matter what, I will still continue to support SNSD for now, until 1 day, if they really prove that they are the "Bitches" that the anti-fans claim, we'll see.

Decisions, decisions......

Haiz, really confused sometimes, I quit my job to spend time wif my friend but on the other hand get scolded by my mother on how i quit my job and keeps loafing around the house. The matter of fact is, I don't hate my job, I'm ok with it, but I'm also perfectly fine without it. I don't spend like crazy and I don't need a job to fil my time in the end, I realised. My best friends came back and its a rare thing to get to spend time with all of them together so I made the decision to quit my job.

Ya, some of you may think its a lame reason as to why I quit my job, to all of those who think that, seriously, I don't really mind what you think, only my parent's opinions I take into account. Because after this year, we might not be this close again, we're finally really going our separate ways and don't know how long before we will get to meet each other again.

Sometimes, just leave me alone. I don't wish to grow older only to realise that I have lost my friends when I was younger because I did not keep in touch. Time and space are things that once used, you can never recreate or materialise in the future, I wish to cherish this moment, no matter the consequences or the "opportunity cost" like economists say, enjoy my young adult life while it lasts, I'm not gonna be 20 forever now...

Tata.

Things I have been doing lately

Hmmm, for the past few months, this blog has been dead due to no material to blog about, hahaz. Well, after so many months, I've finally decided to open up this blog again. Here's what I have been doing for the past few months. Work ended at my workplace Vintage Bulgaria as I had to start college. Made some new friends in class, some friendly, some "super interesting(not in a good way)" but thats life, you meet really weird and funny people sometimes. I've watched a lot of movies and there are a few that really caught my eye, example:

Yaya, some of you may think, how can this movie be considered good? Hahaz, the matter of fact is, I LOVE IT!!!!! Hahaz, its so like artistic, ya it may be slow, but it shows everything, it gives you every feeling of coolness, grittiness and darkness. And Rorshach is just so freaking cool, although he has no powers. He is definitely better than the Nite Owl(who looked so nerdy). For artistry, the movie gets a 5/5 for me. Its not a movie for everyone I can tell you that, but its definitely a movie for me.

To me, this is more of the Hong Kong version of Grand Theft Auto, watching it seriously reminds me of Grand Theft Auto, illegal immigrant, hahaz, looking to find some money, does bad things in the end, becomes 1 of the head of the Japanese Yakuza. Jackie Chan's performance in this was splendid as it showed that he did not need to be only an action star but also be a good dramatic actor as well.

Hahaz, this 1 is seriously 1 laugh ride, its so ridiculously funny, the movie sometimes really makes sense. Kevin James is real good in the movie and the anti-climaxes are so not cliche that it keeps the movie fresh and the fans guessing. I'd give it a thumbs up.

Anime wise, I have been watching Gundam Seed, its 7 Years old but still so very nice, hahaz, with a great story and amazing graphics, to me, this is definitely the best Gundam anime I've seen. Waiting to buy Gundam Seed Destiny, hahaz the sequel to the series.

So this is basically what I have been doing this whole time, nice sometimes just to relax and unwind watching movies and anime, till next time!!!!!

Blogging at 4am

Again, blogging at 4am, cant sleep, bue to the fact, that I stayed up pass the time that I was tired, you know the feeling where you were tired and wanted to sleep but you stayed pass that and in the end, could not get a wink of sleep? ya, that's happening to me now, so its OH SHIT!!!! I have tuition class to teach tomorrow and I'm wide awake now, I think I need something to make me go to
sleep.

Oh well, since I'm up, might as well blog abit about my week. Not a bad week, work has been busy, customers flocked our restaurant on Saturday night making it a very busy night, with all the waiters rushing up and down the stairs taking the food that was ordered and serving them to customers. It was quite hectic and everybody was scrambling to get their orders right. Learned about the importance of patience, and always keeping a smile on your face no matter what happens. Went and met up with ghann and rijen they all Sunday morning for Dim Sum and we chatted for like 3 hours after we did not meet for a very long time, there may be a movie coming up this Friday, I'm not sure, but I've already got plans with another group, so I don't know if we can't come to an agreement anot, hehez. Life has been quite meaningful this week, though I did occasionally have to fight back some reoccuring feelings just to keep my day "peaceful", or else I'd be moping by the side of my room, wondering about "things" again. I've learnt that I have to go on with life and never put my life on hold for anybody, and so far, it's been doing well. Some thing else happened that was remarkable and I might be on the road to recovery soon. My sickness has healed but by the looks of the hour I'm sleeping, I might get sick again real soon.

Ok, thats all for tonight, hahaz, going to sleep now!!! Nitez

Disc Failure

Damn, my Kingdom Hearts 2 disc failed me!!!! Shit!!! And I was having so much fun with the game!!! How I hope tomorrow when I try the disc, it will work again, haiz..... This is really a random post, while typing this post, I was listening to a song that fit my angry mood and somehow, that helped calm me down, here's the song, You Give Love A Bad Name, by Bon Jovi:

Outlander: A Very Simple Movie.

My 1st movie review in a very long time, Outlander, when I watched the opening scene, I was filled with hope that the movie would be an interesting experience with a very in-depth storyline. Halfway into the movie.... I was wrong. The story was just too simple, here's the synopsis, don't be fooled by it:

"Outlander begins when a space craft crashes into the majestic fjords of ancient Norway and into the time of the Vikings. From the wreckage emerge two bitter enemies: a soldier from another world – Kainan – and a bloodthirsty creature known as the Moorwen. Man and monster both seek revenge for violence committed against them. As the Moorwen ravages the Viking world, killing everything in its path, Kainan forms an unlikely alliance with the primitive but fierce warriors. Combining his advanced technology with ancient Iron Age weapons, the hero leads a desperate attempt to kill the monster - before it destroys them all"

It was interesting to see a spaceship fall into ancient Norway and the story I expected was more. But in the end, it was just a story of hunting down the monster and killing it. The feeling was so childish that it felt as though I was watching a very random movie I just picked out 5 minutes before the movie played.

I'd give Outlander a 6/10, giving it a 6 because of a little coolness of the sword forged in the end and the artwork of the monster. Till next time!!!

Back to the PS2

Finally a post for my blog, hahaz, long time din post here d. Well, the holidays have been fun, December was a hectic month for me but compared to January, it is a totally different thing, January was relaxing, nothing much to do. So I went to find work at a place called Vintage Bulgaria, where sp far, has been an interesting experience as I met quite a lot of bloggers there, Minny and Eve visited the shop. But of course, they did not know who I was because I was not a high profile blogger and also because i don't join events hosted by bloggers hahaz. Anyway, aside from work, I also did something else which I did not have time to do during my Form 6 school days, GAMING!!!! My PS2 has returned me my former love for video games, some of the games I played are as follows:

Ok, this game kept me on it for only a while, can you imagine FIFA street kept me playing it for only 30 minutes? It was quite boring, I don't know why, I'd rather play football games like Winning Eleven somehow.

Ok, this game was some kind of a bore, for me, hahaz, Harvest Moon, I'm not the guy for this game, it was quite slow and boring for me, 15 minutes into the game, I switched off the console.

The Godfather!!! This game is actually just a clone of Grand Theft Auto, a real cut down version of GTA. You can still enjoy the game because of the storyline but the game will tend to get repetitive and will start to bore you in the end.

Aha!!! This game rocks, Even with the old PS2 console, the graphics for this game is still considered wicked!!! The fact that I'm using Donald, Goofy and Sora to save the Disney world again is so tempting. I did not finish this game the last time I played it and plan to finish it this time. So far, the game's been pretty entertaining. The only problem would be the amount of cut scenes in the game, THEIR TOO MUCH!!!! Hahaz, but its still fun.

Hmmm, after I've finished playing all my PS2 games? What am I gonna do? Lolz, maybe ask for a full time job, we'll see, till next time, tata!!!
